A woman hailing from overseas, Franny worked as a solo idol in the past however due to her limited knowledge of the industry boasted only a few songs to her name. A mature and often harshly spoken woman, but with a softer almost motherly inner shell. With a singing voice that is both silvery and refined, her performances flow with passion.Franny is a member of COSMC PRODUCTION's Crazy:B
"My self introduction? I reckon old timers should rememember me from my days as a solo 'idol' affiliated with this good for nothing agency... Am I not allowed to say that? brilliant- If we're going down that route then... My name is Franny and I am a member of the unit Crazy:B, I'm sure our lovely unit leader gave the impression we are a bunch of loonies, but please rest assured, I have no desire to cause a ruckus..."
"Franny? Oh I'll introduce her to ya for sure! I reckon the stage is definitely where she shines the most, as much as she tries to deny it, and that's comin' from a guy whose seen that woman through thick an' thin. Ah- don't want my fans gettin' the wrong idea though. It ain't like we are married or anythin' gyahaha! ♪ " - Rinne
Appearence
---
Franny is a woman of average height with fair skin and deep blue eyes. Her hair is curled unnaturally and cut above her shoulders. She has a beauty mark to the right of her lip.
Her Crazy:B stage outfit consists of a white houndstooth patterned jacket with red, black and yellow accents, worn over a white t-shirt containing a black honeycomb pattern atop a grey square and red accents at the hem and collar, the design that Niki and Rinne wear. Much like the other members, she is decked in golden jewellery, a chain consisting of a series of golden balls, hooped earrings and a 'mysterious' two rings on her left hand. Her trousers are black, held up with a gold chain belt. There are white hexagons all down the front of the trousers, and a white and yellow stripe on the outer side of her legs. She wears black lace-up shoes with yellow soles, laces and accents. Although impractical, small heels can be seen.
Personality
---
Whilst dealing with commercial work, interviews and other idol related necessities, Franny feels forced not to fall back into old habits from her days as a widely unsuccessful idol and maintain an air of professionalism. This however is a stark contrast as to how she acts on a daily basis. Upfront and no nonsense, she bears the likeness of a strict parent. Coupled with her raspier speaking voice and grating accent, she comes across as someone difficult to strike up a conversation with.
However, due to her up bringing requiring her to behave as a proper young lady, she is somewhat internally conscious of the way she behaves and speaks, shown to frequently reflect in solitude after acting foul mouthed and rude towards her unit members and coworkers.
To a select few individuals (namely Kohaku, who she often refers to as her son) she is overly doting and motherly, going to lengths of fussing over them, and showering them with praise.
Etymology
---
Franny, (transcribed in romaji as furanī and in kanji as フラニー), is a Latin name roughly translated to mean 'French'. It is stated multiple times she is originally from a European country, however this label is extremely vague and whether or not as hinted by her name Franny is of French descent is unclear. It is revealed in her first idol story her name is actually spelled 'Frannie' in official documents. Although hidden to the public, she took Rinne's surname upon their matrimony, '天城' (Amagi) which can be translated as "Heaven's Castle".
Her maiden name, 'Devereaux' further implies her french origins.
